  • Files you upload – data files (e.g., .parquet, .sav), photos, meeting notes, and any CVs or materials you share with us.
    Do not upload Personally Identifiable Information (PII) into data files you process through GATODO.
  • Communications – messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.

b. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Analytics data – via Google Analytics and PostHog (usage patterns, events, device info).
  • Advertising pixels – via Google Ads and Bing Ads, which may use cookies and tracking pixels to measure performance and improve campaigns.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users and communicate with users and partners.
  • Perform analytics, advertising, and content optimization.
  • Conduct research and development to improve features and user experience.

  • Uploaded files are not retained after processing.
  • Derivatives of uploaded data may be transmitted to servers in the United States and may be observable by third parties.
  • Do not include PII in uploaded .sav or .parquet files.
  • Email and authentication information are stored securely and used solely for operating the Services.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must not upload any data that contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII), confidential, or unlawful material.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions to the data you upload.
  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, and content, are owned by GATODO INC.
  • You retain all rights to your uploaded data and any results you generate through the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the previous 12 months.
